Value for money

Great location. Spacious room. Decent breakfast. Value for money.

Room is little a humid so best to request for dehumidifier. Always clarify with hotel if there are windows in the room as it may not be clearly stated in the booking.

A/c kept on making huge bang every 30-40min. Plus the room had a bit of musty smell to it probably due to no window

Nothing to rave about.

The bed was comfortable and clean.

We were put in a makeshift accessibility room. The bathroom was awkward and a bit mouldy. The carpet was dirty. There was no window in the room. We were glad to only be there one night and wouldn’t stay there again.

A very pleasant stay at a conveniently-located hotel.

We liked the breakfast spread and the very convenient location of the hotel. We liked the spacious bathroom, reliable internet, and the area at the 3rd floor where you can relax and enjoy free coffee and tea before checking in.

There was no bidet at the toilet. Not all the staff were very friendly.

Worth the extra few minutes walk.

Location was convenient for us. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Staff can speak different languages, including English. Our room was big for Taiwan standard (×2 double beds for 3pp) and for that area. There is windows for natural light, not all rooms have windows. There is lifts. Our Room also included breakfast, which is handy and free tea throughout the day.

It may seem far from the main part but for us it was not noticeable, it might be an extra 2mins to the eateries and Taipei main train station. Metro station is very close.

So so hotel with decent location to get out an about

Location is good, general hotel amenities were as expected. Did not get the room I booked so cannot comment on the "Garden View". Liked the eco-friendly toiletries. Near-by Peace park is good for a quiet break or morning walk.

Booked a Deluxe Garden View, was offered a Deluxe with No Windows, then shortchanged to a Twin Room with a Window looking onto the street. No discount was offered. Breakfast is pretty standard, but the simple food shops down the road are just way better and quite cheap.

We ordered a room with window.

We ordered a room with window. First we were given a room without windows. After complaining, we got a room with a milk-white window (no view, only daylight coming in). The room was very cold (15 degrees C), the airco had been on (no heating was available to heat the room)

Absolutely nothing to like about this hotel I liked leaving

Everything From the moment we walked in we regret booking it and where committed - should have burnt the $ and went elsewhere The absolute worst hotel I’ve stayed in over 36 Countries I’ve been to Rock hard beds and pillows - unhelpful dim staff - repulsive filthy carpet - everything was grotty. You know it’s not good when they give you slippers to go into the shower so you don’t get foot fungus. No open windows, stuffy and couldn’t control temperature. No remote control for tv. Pathetic breakfast with white frozen bread and jam as option for westerners. Not a 4 star hotel at all more like a 2 star and the people who wrote good reviews have no taste or are lying

Location is good

Toooooooooooooo expensive at New Year's eve. I booked the hotel around one month ahead with the price €358 no cancellation, but the price dropped to €250 few days before the New Year's Eve.
